• No Medical Advice: Legacy Fit Dad LLC provides fitness and nutrition coaching for educational purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, or professional health advice. Always consult a medical professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

• Guaranteed Results with Compliance: We guarantee that Clients who fully comply with their customized program will lose at least one pound per week (if weight loss is needed). If this does not happen, Legacy Fit Dad LLC will continue coaching at no additional cost until the goal is achieved.

• Sustainability Guarantee: We also guarantee that Clients who complete the program will have the tools and strategies to sustain their results for 12 months after program completion. If a Client struggles to maintain progress, they may schedule one free Strategy Session per month during this period for additional guidance and support.

• Client Responsibility: Results and sustainability depend on personal effort, consistency, and adherence to the program. Clients who do not follow their workout, nutrition, and accountability plan as designed will not qualify for the results or sustainability guarantee.

• No Liability: Legacy Fit Dad LLC is not responsible for injuries, health complications, or damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments for coaching programs and services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns, as our services require full commitment for success.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

All group and 1-on-1 calls, both in audio and video format, in this program are recorded for quality assurance and may be used to create online promotional material. By using our services, you consent to allowing Legacy Fit Dad LLC, its agents, contractors, and employees to record any and all audio and video conversations and publish them online as promotional material, as well as retain the recordings for legal, promotional, and quality and training purposes.
